Pest control is performed quarterly by All Pest Solutions. This service is performed outside the unit. If you need inside service, please call Foothills Property Management (864) 654-1000 (tel:(864) 654-1000)or email info@clemsonhousing.com (mailto:info@clemsonhousing.com)and this will be scheduled. The contract covers: ants, spiders, roaches, scorpions, silverfish, centipedes, mice, and rats. This service is provided by the Homeowner's Association and will be at no expense to an owner or tenant.

Avoid letting water run across streets, sidewalks or other traffic areas. - Keep at least one inside faucet running lukewarm water through the night.
